* OMR is witnessed to have the highest inventory with highest absorption followed by GST, Ambattur and NH-48 (Old NH-4) micro markets

*  The supply of approx.16,000 units witnessed in Central and Off Central locations with average absorption 72%. The high absorption is witnessed as the projects are still under sale though launched before 2012. The absorption rate is relatively lower being the city properties with higher the capital value.
